Who you are dealing with

Voxari is made by Igor Alcantara, an individual in the United States. Write to luzzifuge@gmail.com about anything on this page.

Payments are handled by Stripe through Link, which acts as the merchant of record: Link is the seller named on your receipt, your statement shows LINK.COM* VOXARI, and Link collects and pays any sales tax or VAT due where you live.

What an adoption is

The Voxari are invented. Each is a persona in a simulated world whose answers come from an AI model. Nobody real is being cared for, and an adoption is not a donation.

Adopting one gives you: your name on their page and a ring around them on the map, if you choose; their life in your account; and the adopter features as they are added (offering counsel, naming the next hatchling in their line, private questions, a digest).

It does not give you ownership of anything, and it never buys a result: counsel reaches only your own Voxari, who may ignore it, and no adoption changes what the others answer.

The Voxari age and die. When yours dies, the adoption passes to the hatchling who takes their place, at no charge.

Price and renewal

An adoption costs US$25 a year. You are charged when you adopt, and again on the same date each year until you cancel. Checkout may show the price in your currency, and tax may be added depending on where you live.

You will get an email before each renewal.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from Your Voxari (Payment and renewal), or from the Link receipt you were emailed. Cancelling stops the next charge; your Voxari stays in your care until the end of the year you paid for.

Refunds

Changed your mind? Any charge, the first or a renewal, is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days. Write to luzzifuge@gmail.com or ask Link support. After 14 days the current year is not refunded, but you can still cancel the next one.

Names

The name you show on a Voxari's page must not pretend to be someone else or be offensive. A name that breaks this may be removed. Names for hatchlings are built from the sounds of the Voxari language.

Privacy

If you sign in or adopt, Voxari keeps your email address, the Voxari in your care, and the name you chose to show. Sign-in emails are sent through Supabase and Resend. Stripe and Link handle payment details; Voxari never sees your card.

Signing in sets one cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies; visits are counted without cookies (Vercel Analytics).

Questions sent to the Voxari are stored and can appear on the site, without anything that says who asked. For rate limiting, a salted hash of your IP address is kept for a day; never the address itself.

To delete your account, write to luzzifuge@gmail.com. Your email and account are removed; a Voxari's public page keeps only what it already showed.

Changes

If the price or these terms change, adopters are told by email before it applies to them.
